A debt collector in Fayette, Kentucky KY called up informing me a debt which I am not sure if it’s mine. What can I do to dispute such claim?

Certainly, you can always dispute such claims in Fayette, Kentucky KY. There is a law that regulates debt collectors which is stated in the Fair Debt Collectors Practices Act (FDCPA). It is your right to dispute debt claims especially if you have doubts with the debts being charged on you.
